The Electronic Register of Public Services was established in accordance with the Decree No. 262 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 11, 2014 "On measures related to the establishment of the Electronic Register of Public Services".
The Rules for “Maintaining the Electronic Register of Public Services” were approved by the Resolution No. 32 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 9, 2015. The Electronic Register of Public Services includes a single information portal on public services.
The main objectives of forming and maintaining the register include collecting and systematizing information about services in a single source, ensuring the integration of used information systems and resources, providing citizens with access to detailed information about services and ensuring transparency, and improving the efficiency and quality of the activities of institutions.
