Adigozalov Farhad Asgar oglu

Chairman of the Board

Farhad Adigozalov was born in Baku in 1977.

In 1999, he received a bachelor's degree in finance and credit from Azerbaijan International University, and in 2002, he received a second higher education in international economic relations from Azerbaijan State University of Economics. In 2005, continuing his studies, he graduated with honors from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, specializing in economics and management of production and service fields. F. Adigozalov started his career in 2000 at "Azersighorta" State Insurance Company. In 2003-2005, he worked as a specialist at the International Bank of Azerbaijan, in 2005-2009 as the assistant head of the State Registry of Real Estate Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in 2009-2013 as a department director at "Kapital Bank" OJSC. Later, F. Adigozalov was the assistant to the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2013-2014, the chairman of the Board of Directors of "Azer-Turk Bank" JSC in 2015-2017, and the deputy chairman of the Board of the National Depository Center from September 2020. F. Adigozalov was appointed Chairman of the State Insurance Commercial Company by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated December 07, 2021. By the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated April 16, 2024, he was appointed the Chairman of the Board of the State Advertising Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Married, with three children.

Abdullayev Fakhri Rafig oglu

Deputy Chairman of the Board

Born in 1974 in Baku. Graduated from the Baku State University with a major in Geography and the faculty of Public and Municipal Administration of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He began his business career in Sochi, Russian Federation then continued in Azerbaijan organizing the key public events. Since 2013, acted as the Deputy Head of the State Flag Square Complex and then as the Head of Administration of the Seaside Boulevard. In 2017 was appointed as the Deputy Director of the Agency and the Deputy Chairman of the Board by the Order of the President dated October 30, 2019. Married, with three children.

Gasimov Nahid Rahman oglu

Head of Administration

Born in 1989 in Baku. Graduated from the Faculty of Law of The Baku State University. Started his professional career as a leading consultant-lawyer in the Legal and Strategic Research Department of the State Social Protection Fund Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Later he continued as a senior consultant in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and in the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population. Since 2017, he has worked as a lawyer, leading lawyer, senior lawyer in the Department of Law of the State Advertising Agency, the head of the Department of Law of the Baku City Advertising Administration, and the head of the Department of Law of the Agency's Office. In 2022 was appointed as the Head of Administration of the State Advertising Agency. Married, with two children.
